Job Description
Become a vital member of our team as a Receiving Clerk, responsible for receiving and coordinating all hotel products. The Receiving Clerk ensures that all hotel product specifications are not only met but exceeded.
- Purchasing System Administration : Ensure Craftable (purchasing system) is accurate and up to date for all departments with inventory / operational supply items, team hierarchies, and all other pertinent information and that all changes / additions are done accurately and timely.
- Shipping & Receiving Support : Provide support when needed for shipping and receiving functions - i.e. Amazon deliveries, transporting items to property from central receiving area
- 3-Way Match Process : Assist in creating and support the process for three-way match in Craftable and other systems - connecting purchase orders, receipt of items, and working with AP for invoices
- General Property Support : Assist Purchasing, AP, Finance, and Operational teams when needed for questions and collaboration with Craftable, purchasing, and receiving
Pay Rate : $20 / hour
