The Dupps Company is currently looking for an experienced IT Analyst for its HQs in Germantown, OH. This position will be an onsite role.
Duties and Responsibilities include:
- Interface with users and provide general IT support for all locations in the US and Brazil.
- Work on smaller requests like report changes and process improvements.
- Review process mapping with departments throughout the company.
- Data management and EPICOR code/design.
- Basic computer tech support when needed.
Skills you'll need include:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Epicor knowledge.
- SQL coding/database.
Education and experience:
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 5 years of IT experience in a support role.
