Primary Responsibilities
- Supports end-to-end project management & execution – scope, schedule and budget for projects ranging from $25,000 - $1.5MM.
- Responsible for developing strong, trusted, relationships with employee crews & subcontractors along with the customer’s plant, maintenance & operations managers and their staff.
- Give input for Engineering Design, System control strategy and new equipment design.
- Offer assistance to the Sales Department.
- Provide technical assistance during startup phase.
- Compose cost estimates for Dupps manufactured equipment.
- Participate in project cost analysis.

- Mechanical Aptitude / Skilled Trades Experience – Ability to develop CAD drawings, use Project Management tools and in-depth understanding of general construction management processes. General understanding of best practices for millwright, welding, pipefitting, etc. Ability to read construction drawings and blueprints, and have good computer skills.
Desired Industry Experience
- Combination of education (associate or bachelor’s Degree.) and/or work experience with 5 years demonstrated success in a similar capacity in the rendering industry is desired. Other relevant heavy industry experience in the paper, oilfield, chemical & industrial industries will also be considered.
Work Schedule & Travel
- This job requires the employee to be in the field at various work sites approximately 50-60% of their time, primarily across the eastern half of the country, for up to 5-10 days at a time.

Pay: $100,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
