This position is a working Culinary Position. Duties Include, cooking, prepping, expediting, working on the line in a high standard kitchen.

Qualifications
Requirements:
• College/Culinary degree and/or comparable experience in a professional kitchen
• Desire to work in a creative, passionate kitchen
• Minimum of 1-2 years of professional kitchen experience
• Advanced knife handling skills
• An understanding of Department of Health Food Safety Standards
• Strong organizational skills
