Job Responsibilities :
- Manage financial aspects of multiple real estate development projects, including construction loan draws, cost tracking, and variance analysis.
- Prepare and process monthly construction draws, ensuring compliance with lender and investor requirements.
- Maintain and update project budgets and forecasts, providing accurate financial projections.
- Reconcile project costs, vendor invoices, and payments using Yardi accounting software.
- Collaborate with project managers, lenders, and contractors to monitor funding and disbursements.
- Generate financial reports, including job cost reports, cash flow projections, and project performance summaries.
- Ensure adherence to accounting policies, GAAP standards, and internal financial controls.
- Assist with audits and financial reviews related to project accounting.
- Work collaboratively as part of the accounting team, supporting colleagues as needed.
- Additional accounting-related responsibilities when workload permits.
