In this role, you’ll be engaging with prospective buyers and sellers, driving lead generation, and helping to build relationships that will lead to long-term success. We are looking for someone with strong communication skills, a drive for success, and a team-oriented attitude.
What You'll Do:
- Prospecting and Lead Generation: Actively source, qualify, and follow up with both buyer and seller leads, ensuring all opportunities are maximized.
- Client Engagement: Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective clients, ensuring they feel valued and heard through excellent communication and follow-up.
- Sales Funnel Management: Use our CRM system to manage the sales pipeline, track leads, and schedule appointments with qualified clients for Listing and Buyer Specialists.
- Appointment Scheduling & Follow-ups: Set and manage appointments with qualified leads, keeping them engaged and moving through the sales cycle.
- Exceptional Service: Provide a high level of customer service, keeping clients informed and satisfied at every stage of their real estate journey.

Qualifications:
