Your Role as a Remote Career Growth Specialist - Life Insurance:
- Client Engagement:
- Guide clients through virtual consultations to assess their needs and provide personalized guidance and tailored solutions to protect their families
- Effectively present and close sales of insurance products, including Indexed Universal Life (IUL), annuities, and life insurance
- Build strong client relationships and provide ongoing support
- Leadership & Development (For aspiring Agency Builders):
- Lead and motivate a team of agents, fostering a high-performing and collaborative environment
- Develop and deliver engaging training sessions, focusing on sales techniques, leadership skills, and client communication
