• Conduct virtual consultations via phone and video
• Present and close deals on tailored life insurance solutions (IUL, annuities)
• Empower families through consultive sales, and building lasting client relationships
• Leadership & Agency Development:
• Lead & Develop: Recruit, train, and mentor a team of high-performing agents
• Build Your Business: Execute our proven systems and growth strategies to build a team and achieve your financial goals
• Uphold Excellence: Maintain the highest ethical standards and continuously develop your skills
