Administrative Assistant/Leasing Specialist – Property Management
Eagle Point Management (EPM) is seeking a dynamic and proactive Administrative Assistant/Leasing Specialist to join our team in Kansas City, MO. This position offers a unique opportunity to learn about the field of property management.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Community Manager and provide support for this apartment community and provide legendary customer service for our residents.
Responsible for the following, individually and as part of the larger property team:
· Tenant Relations/Customer Service
· Answering the phones and greeting walk-in residents and guests
· Assisting the Manager with leasing and occupancy related responsibilities.
· Collecting and posting rents
· Entering work orders and working with the facilities team to ensure a timely response
· Periodic special projects
Necessary Skills:
· Positive person who can work independently and as part of a team
· Proven problem-solving ability
· Strong organizational and time-management skills
· Clear written and verbal communication skills
· Ability to maintain confidentiality
Education:
· High School Diploma (or equivalent)
Specialized Experience:
· Previous office and/or administrative experience required.
· Experience with property management
Certificates and Licenses:
· Valid driver’s license and means of transportation
Knowledge, Skills and Other Abilities:
· Knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, and Excel
· Ability to interact effectively with residents, vendors, and contractors
· Ability to thrive and make decisions in a fast-paced environment
· Attention to detail

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $17.00 - $19.00 per hour
