Eagle Point Management is currently seeking an energetic, enthusiastic, and dynamic individual with superior customer service skills for a Full-Time, second shift role as Concierge at Homer G Phillips Apartments.
The concierge must be able to easily interact with residents and guests in a confident, courteous, and professional manner. Strong computer literacy and multitasking are essential. This position requires attention to detail, reliability, thoroughness, and exemplary customer service skills. An Eagle Point Management Concierge is responsible for the overall satisfaction of residents and guests by offering warm and friendly assistance and executing tasks in accordance with resident requests and within property operation guidelines.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Serving as the first point of contact for the property, the Concierge is responsible for assisting residents with individual and customized services and is a key player in the resident experience and community lifestyle. The concierge will:
- Be stationed at the appointed station at all times, except for breaks and when relieved by another staff member
- Ensure the concierge station is always maned and providing front door coverage
- Monitor guest traffic at the front door and require visitors to sign in and provide required information
- Accept work orders from residents and input into OneSite.
- Assist residents in package retrieval and secure receipt signatures for input in the package log
- Gather and communicate resident concerns to the Property Manager in a timely fashion
The concierge must be always professionally attired. Eagle Point branded clothing will be provided.
Customer service is paramount and must always be provided. Difficult or escalating situations should be deferred to the property manager. The concierge will never engage in unprofessional behavior with a resident or guest.
The Concierge serves as the first point of contact and plays a critical role in representing the company, creating a unique and desirable living experience, and ensuring that residents feel sense of community.
SCHEDULE: Monday - Friday; 1:30 p.m. to 10 p.m.
QUALIFICATIONS:
· Must be a self-starter, confident with software and mobile technology
· Prior experience in customer service environment required
· Strong communications skills, both verbal and written, and comfortable with conflict resolution
· Ability to provide exceptional customer service
· High energy, attention to detail, and a positive attitude are a must!
