- Working knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and heating systems
- Maintain curb appeal at all times
- Complete all maintenance requests issued in a timely manner
- Diagnose and perform major, minor, and routine maintenance/repairs
- Ensure unit turns are timely and complete
- Schedule and complete preventive maintenance for in-unit & building systems
- Assist in monitoring all work being performed by outside vendors
- Ensure safety standards are implemented at all times
- Responsible for 24-hour emergency maintenance calls
- All other duties as assigned
Education and Experience:
- HVAC Certification preferred
- 3 years experience in apartment, hotel, or healthcare maintenance
- Self-starter who is organized and efficient
- Strong customer service skills
- Knowledge and possession of small power tools
- Frequent need to lift/carry up to 75 lbs.
Other Qualifications:
- Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening
- Valid driver's license required

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour
