Job Description

We are seeking a Project Car & Restoration Advisor to join our team at Eastwood Automotive.

Clients often purchase our products to restore their dream cars, but may need additional guidance on the steps to take and/or the products to buy while restoring their vehicle.

Our Project Advisor team assists clients in obtaining the resources and tools necessary to complete the job successfully.

About the Role

As a member of our Project Advisor team, you will advise clients over the phone, via email, or live chat on the best products to assist with their project or restoration.

You will provide clients with information and instructions on the appropriate use and application of our variety of products.

You will work within and navigate our software applications/computer systems to place orders and document conversations/actions taken.

You will provide world-class customer service by following organizational policies and processes.

Requirements

• You have experience in automotive restoration.
• You have prior sales experience.
• You are comfortable working with computers and learning new systems.
• You make a commitment to learn about our products.
• You have a positive and proactive approach to problem-solving.
• You have good communication skills.
