Lead / Keyholder to work with Store Manager leading the team to provide solutions to our customers and to work efficiently to achieve store goals.
Lead Accountabilities / Responsibilities :
Working with the Store Manager, the Lead will :
- Lead team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
- Merchandise / display products to drive average order value (AOV)
- Maintain integrity of computer systems
- Protect retail team and customers by providing a safe and clean store environment
- Maintain stability and reputation of the store and company by complying with legal requirements
