Job Overview
We are seeking a creative, strategic, and results-driven Social Media Manager to develop and execute strategies that elevate our online presence and engage our audience across multiple platforms. The main purpose of this role is to grow the owner's personal brand, and the company's social media following. This role requires someone who can create compelling content to increase brand awareness, grow our following, and drive engagement in alignment with our marketing goals.This role involves filming, developing, and executing content strategies—from brainstorming, scheduling content to publishing—across multiple platforms to increase brand awareness and engagement.We have flipped over 500 houses in the past few years, improving lives and transforming communities and need a storyteller to showcase our impact.
The ideal candidate has videography/filmography experience, strong camera skills, and requires continuous learning to stay ahead of industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications & Skills
- Proven experience in social media management, content creation, or digital marketing.
- Strong understanding of Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and YouTube algorithms.
- Experience with Canva, Adobe Suite, or video editing tools for content creation.
- Knowledge of Facebook Ads Manager and lead generation strategies (preferred).
- Strong copywriting skills with an eye for storytelling and engagement.
- Ability to analyze data and adjust strategies for better performance.
- Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently.

Compensation:
Part-time position (20 hours per week - flexible 5 days a week but some of those hours can shift depending on when we need to film content )* $30,000 per year Potential to transition into a full-time role at $60,000 per year with full benefits* if we see enough traction.
This is a hybrid position, expect about 70% of your time in office, the other 30% can be done remotely or in office (we love having our team in office though).
Benefits: During part time we offer 14 days of paid vacation. If this position becomes full time we offer 14 days of paid vacation, matching 401k, and health insurance.
