As a Talent Acquisition Partner, you will :
- Be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent, primarily supporting roles in technology, while also collaborating with a team of recruiters for other areas as needed.
- Work closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand the specific needs of each role and craft effective recruitment strategies.
- Build strong relationships and leverage your understanding of the technology and financial services landscape to identify and hire the right talent.
- Collaborate with hiring managers to understand the requirements of open positions and create compelling job descriptions.
- Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, networking events, external search partners, and referrals.
- Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial phone screens and in-depth interviews to assess candidates' technical skills, cultural fit, and career aspirations.
- Manage the candidate pipeline and ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Provide regular updates and feedback to hiring managers on the status of open positions and candidates.
- Utilize data and metrics to improve recruitment processes and outcomes.
- Stay current with industry trends and best practices.
- Represent the company at career fairs, industry events, and networking functions.
- Develop and maintain a talent pool for future hiring needs.
