As a Scheduling Coordinator, you will communicate with customers, constantly flowing information as quickly and accurately as possible to support our dispatchers and set our technicians up for success.
Our goal as a department is to roll with the punches to win every day!

Mon - Fri, 12:00 PM - 9:00 PM
Responsibilities
- Provide 5-star customer service every day. After all, without helping people, we do not exist
- Accurately enter client information and convert incoming calls into booked opportunities
- Take pride in the quality of work you create
- Communicate with our clients via electronic formats, live chat, portals, and email
- Manage client satisfaction with happy calls, cards and responding to reviews
- Be a part of a team where you are empowered to share ideas to improve processes and the customer experience.

Salary : $17 - $18
