THE OPPORTUNITY:
Eco is seeking an energetic and customer-driven HVAC Installer to join our team!
Job Description: As an HVAC Installer, you help provide our customers with a comfortable temperature, no matter what the weather is outside, while helping them save money each month on utility bills without sacrificing their comfort. HVAC installers must be ready to install all heating and cooling systems in a home or office building. This role is offering a sign-on bonus of $2,500 to join our team based on experience!
Responsibilities
- Follow our install system and educate the customer on products and services
- Meet and exceed key performance requirements
- Deliver quality workmanship (possess the necessary tools to do the job)
- Maintain a clean, organized job site and truck
- Establish customer rapport to provide the right products and services
- Report to the HVAC Install Foreman on projects
- Participate actively in all training, department, and company meetings
- Knowledgeable about company mission, policies, and guarantees
- Perform physical activity with no restrictions in various climate conditions
- Maintain a professional appearance and deliver a knowledgeable service experience to win new referrals and repeat business
Salary : $23 - $30
