THE OPPORTUNITY:
Eco Plumbers, Electricians, & HVAC Technicians is seeking a Senior Data and Insights Analyst to join our growing team! The Senior Data and Insights Analyst is a strategic, consulting-oriented role that bridges the gap between data and actionable business solutions. This position focuses on driving business impact through advanced data analysis, insightful reporting, and consultative collaboration with key organizational stakeholders. You will be instrumental in developing and enhancing the company’s data infrastructure, providing strategic insights, and enabling data-driven decision-making as the organization continues its rapid growth across multiple locations.
Job Description: In this role, you will partner with leadership to shape and execute a comprehensive data strategy, mentor business users on analytics tools, and proactively identify opportunities to improve processes, uncover trends, and address business challenges.
The Responsibilities
- Data Strategy and Consultation:
- Collaborate with the CTO to define and evolve the organization’s data and insights strategy.
- Act as a consultant to business stakeholders, understanding their challenges and translating them into actionable data solutions.
- Proactively identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and business outcomes using data.
- Reporting and Insights:
- Design, develop, and maintain insightful dashboards and reports to support business decision-making.
- Validate and automate reporting processes to ensure scalability and accuracy.
- Deliver clear, actionable insights from complex data, enabling leaders to make informed decisions.
- Infrastructure and Data Pipeline Management:
- Collaborate with the Data Team to enhance and maintain the organization’s data pipeline, integrate new data sources, and optimize data flow.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data issues, ensuring data integrity and reliability.
- Training and Communication:
- Train and support business users on analytics tools and dashboards, empowering them to leverage data independently.
- Communicate complex findings effectively to both technical and non-technical audiences.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration:
- Partner with teams across the organization to identify and solve business challenges through data.
- Support multi-location growth plans by building scalable, robust data infrastructure.
Salary : $85,000 - $100,000
