Summary Description :
As the Vice President of Sales, Growth and Capture, you will be responsible for exhibiting a forward-thinking vision for all disciplines across the FedCiv markets. This VP is expected to successfully lead through direct reports and effectively communicate and execute against organizational objectives.
This VP must exhibit strong communication skills, with the ability to direct coordination among varying teams and departments to develop and implement standard processes and procedures supporting growth.
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to :
- Multi-dimensional, strategic leader who will identify and develop new business opportunities focusing on digital services transformation and technology modernization.
- Demonstrated experience teaming with small business partners – as both prime and subcontractor.
- Experience building and driving successful prime / sub-teaming relationships on large-scale deals and pursuits.
- Cultivates business development and strategic capture practices.
- Develop business development capture strategies that align with target Federal Civilian agencies.
- Strong communication and leadership skills and ability to manage multi-person, multi-year pipelines.
- Develops and manages department annual budgets and submits them for final approvals to leadership or the CFO.
Qualifications :
Bachelor’s degree and 12 years of experience. Relevant years of experience may be substituted for education.
Intangibles :
Effective communication skills and a demonstrated ability to partner with researchers to prepare and present compelling customer briefings, white papers, and other material.
Salary & Benefits :
The compensation for this role is very competitive. Base salary is highly competitive and commensurate with the position, with a 30% -40% incentive bonus, plus an equity package and a strong benefits package.
