Job Description:
We're looking for an enthusiastic and motivated Gym Membership Sales Advisor to join our team! In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential members, helping them find the right membership plan, giving tours of the facility, and supporting sales targets. If you have great communication skills, a passion for fitness, and love working with people, we want to hear from you!
Compensation:
- Guaranteed Hourly rate PLUS membership commission for each membership sold ($3-$24 per membership) PLUS monthly bonus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Promote and sell gym memberships to prospective clients
- Conduct tours and highlight key features and benefits
- Build relationships with members and provide excellent customer service
- Achieve monthly sales goals and support marketing initiatives
- Handle inquiries via phone, email, text and walk-ins
Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Sales or customer service experience preferred but not necessary
- Energetic, approachable, and goal-driven
- Passion for health and fitness
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.13 - $20.40 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
