Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisor all operationes in restaurants to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills and a deep understanding of restaurant management, ensuring that all aspects of the establishment run smoothly. This role requires a focus on customer satisfaction, and staff management.
Duties
- Manage daily restaurant operations, including staff supervision and scheduling.
- Ensure high standards of food quality, service, and cleanliness are maintained at all times.
- Oversee inventory management and ordering of supplies to ensure adequate stock levels.
- Train and develop staff in service excellence, food safety, and operational procedures.
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve any issues to ensure a positive dining experience.
- Maintain compliance with health and safety regulations as well as local laws.
Requirements
- Bilingual English/Spanish
- Proven experience in restaurant management or a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to lead a diverse team effectively.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed.

Pay: $16.00 - $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 – 48 per week
