Our client is a renowned Healthcare network provider operating in multiple geographies globally. They are now looking to hire an AVP / VP, Corporate Finance and Strategic Development . This role will focus on Mergers and Acquisitions, Transaction Advisory, and Financial modelling for deals advisory.
You will provide guidance and support to the leadership team on Business Development and M&A Activities and assist in the formulation of the group’s strategy and internal evaluation of portfolio assets.
