Job Title: Countertop Sander and Laborer

Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled Countertop Sander and Laborer to join our team. The primary focus of this role will be on sanding and finishing Solid Surface Acrylic and Corian countertops. This position also offers opportunities for training and advancement in various aspects of countertop production.

Key Responsibilities

• Sand and finish Solid Surface Acrylic and Corian countertops.
• Operate manufacturing equipment and utilize power and manual tools.
• Interpret and understand shop drawings.
  
  

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a similar role.
• Proficiency with manufacturing equipment, power, and manual tools.
• Ability to lift and carry countertops and/or supplies weighing up to 75 pounds.
• Strong work ethic with excellent communication and organizational skills.
  
  

Compensation And Benefits

• Hourly Wage: $14.00 to $18.00 (commensurate with experience).
• Employment Type: Full-time.
• Benefits include:
• 9 paid holidays after 90 days of employment.
• Paid time off: 1 week 3 sick days after 12 months; 2 weeks 3 sick days after 24 months; 3 weeks 3 sick days after 60 months.
