Must be available to work weekends and evenings, as well as some day shifts.
Some experience is preferred, but we can train the right candidates that are willing to learn our operations and procedures.
We are part of a Family Entertainment Center, which in addition to our restaurant, includes two bars, bowling, movie theatres, laser tag, go-karts, bumper cars and a large video arcade.
Please note:
- Two of our four theatres have in-seat food and beverage service, which also falls under the Servers' responsibilities; and
- We do many birthday parties and other group events which are always fun and lucrative for our team members!

Summary
As a Server, you will be essential in delivering outstanding customer service and enhancing the dining experience for our patrons. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, you will utilize your core skills in POS systems, food safety, and serving to efficiently take orders and serve food. Your premium skills in Aloha and Micros POS, along with your fine dining experience, will set you apart in a competitive environment. With a focus on teamwork and communication, you will contribute to a welcoming atmosphere while ensuring guest satisfaction and operational excellence.
Responsibilities
- Greet and seat guests promptly, ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
- Take and process orders accurately using our Aloha POS systems, as well as our Theatre POS, Ready Theatre Systems
- Provide exceptional customer service, addressing guest inquiries and concerns.
- Serve food and beverages efficiently while adhering to food safety standards.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area and service stations.
- Assist Restaurant Manager in training new staff on restaurant protocols and service techniques.

Pay: From $8.40 per hour
Expected hours: 18 – 30 per week
