What You Will Bring:
- Qualified candidates will be a BCBA/LABA, or close to your it(!) with experience in the following:
- Conducting functional behavior assessments.
- Goal development and design of positive behavior support plans.
- VB-MAPP, ABLLS-R, AFLS or other related assessments, preferred.
- Experience working with youth 21 years and under with serious emotional and behavioral challenges or autism.
- Excellent written and interpersonal skills, team player.
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required for in-home behavioral support services.
What You Will Do:
- Conduct functional behavior assessments and learning needs assessments in family homes with a balanced caseload
- Design positive behavior support and skill acquisition plans with individualized behavioral goals
- Implement, model and monitor progress of individualized behavioral plans based on data analysis
- Provide training and supervision to Behavior Technicians
- Train parents, caregivers and BA level staff who implement plans with children and families on principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
- Collaborate with youth team members
