What You’ll Do:
As a Community Outreach Counselor, you’ll be on the frontlines, delivering recovery-focused, trauma-informed support to individuals in the community. Whether you’re helping someone work through a treatment plan or providing real-time guidance, your role will directly impact people’s lives. You’ll have a caseload of individuals living independently, providing evidence-based interventions and guidance—all while being supported by a dedicated clinical team.
