Join Our Team as a Therapeutic Support Specialist (TSS)
Children’s Mental Health Services – $21.25 per hour
Mobile Position – Serving Burlington, Northshore, and Woburn

What You’ll Be Doing:
- Team up with an awesome crew that includes a Master’s level Mental Health Clinician, a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA), and a Young Adult Peer Mentor (YAPM).
- Help youth develop and build emotional and behavioral skills through 1:1 support, coaching, and skill-building sessions.
- Keep track of progress with case management and documentation while working to achieve clinical and behavioral goals.
Who You Are:
- You’ve got a high school diploma (or GED) and 3 years of experience working with youth, OR you have a degree in a human services field and at least 1-2 years of experience working with youth or families
- You’re flexible and ready for afternoon and evening hours to make sure you can be there when youth need you most!
- You love driving and have a valid driver’s license and a reliable car to get you to all the fun spots in Burlington, Northshore, and Woburn.
