We are seeking Volunteer Recruiters to help us identify and onboard qualified and passionate teachers to join our team and support our educational initiatives. What You’ll Do:
- Identify and attract talented and motivated teachers to join TEEI's programs.
- Manage the recruitment process, including screening applications, conducting interviews, and facilitating onboarding.
- Collaborate with the TEEI team to understand teacher requirements and program goals.
- Use Workable and other recruitment tools to post ads, track applications, and manage the hiring pipeline.
- Act as an ambassador for TEEI, sharing our mission and encouraging others to join our cause.

- Passion for education and social impact.
