What You’ll Do:
Ensure each dish is perfectly plated and delivered promptly
Maintain smooth communication between the kitchen and servers
Prioritize orders, track timing, and keep the flow running efficiently
Double-check plates for accuracy, presentation, and special requests
Work side-by-side with the kitchen and front-of-house teams to ensure top-tier service

Experience in a high-volume restaurant (expediting or kitchen experience preferred)
