The Egg Bistro is a high-energy, fast-paced, and flavor-packed brunch spot that doesn’t believe in doing things halfway. We’re all about bold flavors, bold personalities, and a team that brings their A-game before noon.
We’re on the hunt for a General Manager who has equal parts leader, motivator, and operations wizard — someone who can steer the ship, build a badass team, and make magic happen between 7 AM and 3 PM.
What You’ll Do:
Lead day-to-day operations with confidence, clarity, and cool under pressure
Build, coach, and motivate a team of go-getters and brunch lovers
Hit labor and cost goals like a boss
Own guest experience, team morale, and operational flow — all before most people eat lunch
Jump into the action when needed (no desk-only leaders here)
Drive scheduling, inventory, and daily planning with precision

What We’re Looking For:
✔️ Proven restaurant leadership experience (GM, AGM, or FOH manager)
✔️ Strong knowledge of labor, scheduling, food cost & P&L
✔️ A people-first leadership style — you lift people up, not tear them down
✔️ Can manage a rush and still smile (and help others do the same)
✔️ Big on accountability, culture, and hustle
✔️ Weekend availability is a must (brunch is our Super Bowl)
