Responsibilities
- Direct food processing and handling
- Monitor and manage food temperature and inventory stock
- Follow health and safety guidelines
- Handle food related concerns
- Ability to effectively lead, coach and motivate their team
- Always display professionalism and lead by example
- Hold staff accountable to company standards consistently
- Ability to work in a very fast paced environment
- Complete inventory, scheduling, ordering hiring
- Train and fill positions in the kitchen
Qualifications
- Proven working experience as a head cook
- Extensive knowledge of kitchen equipment and utensils
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to listen and communicate effectively
