The Eichholz Law Firm is seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Intake Specialist to join our team in Savannah, GA. As an Intake Specialist, you will be the first point of contact for potential clients, guiding them through the initial steps of the legal process with empathy and professionalism.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Handle a high volume of incoming calls and follow-up communications with potential clients.
- Meet clients in person and over the phone to gather essential information.
- Vet claims using firm software, ensuring the accuracy and completeness of all details.
- Document intake information and draft incident summaries with precision.
- Provide compassionate assistance to clients as they navigate challenging situations.
- Managing the referral of cases to external law firms.
REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma required; relevant experience preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft 365 applications is essential.
- Outgoing, engaging personality with a natural ability to connect with others.
- Highly organized with excellent multitasking abilities.
- Ability to work effectively within a team environment.
- Professional telephone etiquette and strong listening skills.
- Strong critical thinking, attention to detail, and exceptional oral and written communication skills.
- Sales experience is a plus.
- Legal experience is beneficial but not required.
- Bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus.

SCHEDULE
- Monday through Friday; 8:30am to 5:30p, with the ability to work evening and weekend hours.
