An experienced and highly motivated Creative Director with a proven track record of bringing best-in-class creative concepts to life, from pitch through execution.Focusing on developing the most impactful and engaging solutions to client challenges, you take great pride in the craft of creative, ensuring that the work not only exceeds client expectations but also resonates with the end audience in an authentic and memorable way.
Experience:
- 3 years of experience working as a Creative Lead in a highly-digital environment
- Demonstrated experience leading high-level concepting for creative proposals, discovery sessions, and active projects with a focus on creative strategy and storytelling anchored by an understanding of the underlying technologies required to execute those concepts (immersive and interactive technologies)
- Demonstrated portfolio/book showing work in these technologies
- 2 years of experience leading client presentations of creative work with a focus on confident and charismatic expression of creative strategy, concepts, and final outputs
- Bi-lingual (English and Spanish) is a plus, but English skills must be at the highest level in verbal and written communications
- Up to date with the latest trends, technologies and creative innovation in the marketplace including:
- MR/AR/VR
- AI (GenAI, AI chatbots, AI powered avatars)
- Website Design and Immersive Websites (WebGL)
- Spatial Design
- Experience working with cross-disciplinary teams, including project managers, producers, developers, strategists, and external vendors
- Experience providing hours estimation on creative technology projects
Technical:
- Experience working with Google Drive Suite and Adobe Creative Cloud with a focus on design software, including Photoshop, Figma, Illustrator
- Experience working on projects that involved 3D programs like Blender, Unity, and Unreal is a plus
