Summary
As an Assistant Project Manager in the Commercial/Construction Department, you will be integral to overseeing project coordination and management. Reporting to the Project Manager, you will utilize core skills in construction management and project scheduling to ensure timely project delivery. Your premium skills in software will enhance project efficiency. Additionally, your relevant abilities in blueprint reading and time management will support effective communication with stakeholders and adherence to contracts. Job Duties:
· Assist project managers with project tasks given.
· Provide and review equipment submittals for each assigned project.
· Work collaboratively with other PMs and site foremen to coordinate manpower, materials, and other equipment for various projects.
· Assist in managing job costing for all assigned projects.
Qualifications, Skills, and Requirements:
· State of WI Journeyman or Master Electrician License preferred, not required.
· Communicate effectively with others, including communication via email and phone.
· Work collaboratively in a team environment.
· Must have previous experience using Microsoft Office.
· Proficient typing ability is required.
· Valid State of WI driver’s license is required.
Salary and Benefits:
· Salary of $45,000-$65,000/year (negotiable based on experience)
· Paid weekly by direct deposit

· Paid Time off after 90 days: 40 hours (1 week) of PTO after 90 days, 40 hours (1 week) of PTO issued on the 1-year anniversary of employment. 80 hours (two weeks) of PTO will be issued each year on the 2nd, 3rd, and 4th year anniversaries of employment. 120 hours (3 weeks) of PTO will be issued on the 5th year anniversary of employment and all subsequent years to follow.
