The Electricians LLC is hiring; we need a plugged-in and experienced Electrical Project Manager to oversee the planning, execution, and completion of electrical projects for the best customers in Colorado. The ideal candidate will have brilliant leadership skills, a broad understanding of electrical systems, and a proven track record of managing complex projects from initiation to completion. This role requires exceptional communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills to ensure projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities
- Project planning to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables
- Develop comprehensive plan that outline tasks, timelines, and resource allocation within Scope of Work and project budget
- Track and document project costs and expenses
- Maintain clear, concise communication with all stakeholders to ensure agreement and address all concerns
- Effectively use software for project tracking and documentation
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies as necessary
- Monitor and manage resource allocation to ensure projects stay on schedule and within budget.
- Resolve any technical or logistical issues that arise during project execution.
- Ensure compliance with local regulations, codes, and standards, and address any safety or compliance concerns promptly.
- Coordinate final inspections and quality checks prior to project closeout
Qualifications
- Proven experience in project management or program management roles
- Familiarity with electrical codes, safety standards, and industry regulations (e.g., NEC, OSHA)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Ability to read and interpret electrical drawings, schematics, and blueprints.
- Familiarity with technical writing practices for effective documentation
- Experience using project management tools and software
- Understanding of project engineering principles is a plus
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present information clearly
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or similar project management certification a plus
- Familiarity with Building Information Modeling (BIM) for electrical design and construction
