Title: Pharmacy Account Manager Location: Candidates must reside within 50 miles or 1-hour commute each way of a relevant Elevance Health location: NV-LAS VEGAS, 9133 W RUSSELL RD Schedule: This role is hybrid; WFH 4 days/week. Responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with external clients and prospects, and reaching internal health plan penetration goals through the use of strong consultative skills. How you will make an impact: Primary duties may include, but are not limited to: Support health plans and the Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM), ensuring smooth service delivery and adherence to State contracts. Develop compliant pharmacy benefit strategies, analyzing market trends, designing therapeutic programs, and enhancing member outcomes and quality scores. Consult with key decision makers and operational stakeholders in the region. Provides ongoing support to regional decision makers and support pharmacy benefit management (PBM) field sales team during request for proposal (RFP) processes. Assist in the development of recommendations for outcomes-based savings. Minimum Requirements: Requires a BA/BS and a minimum of 3 years of related experience; or any combination of education and experience which would provide an equivalent background. Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences: Registered Pharmacist in the state of Nevada highly preferred. Managed care/PBM experience highly preferred.
