Anticipated End Date: 2025-05-31 Position Title: High School Intern - Summer 2025 Job Description: High School Internship – Summer 2025 Location: This position will work a hybrid model (remote and office). The ideal candidate will live within 50 miles of our Costa Mesa, CA, Cerritos, CA or Woodland Hills, CA Elevance Health PulsePoint office. This High School Intern will be responsible for supporting our Sales and Strategic Accounts team in a variety of projects. During this internship, this selected candidate will gain experience within a professional sales environment and will gain the opportunity to learn about and understand the world class products and services we deliver. This internship will be a part-time (20 hours/week) program that will run for 5 weeks (June 16th, 2025 – July 18th, 2025). How you will make an impact: Assisting our Account Management team with project work and competitive analysis Interacting with Account Executives, Account Managers, and Sales-related departments Contributing towards the improvement of the sales workflow process Researching and organizing documents and communication deliverables Minimum Requirements: Enrolled in high school (Junior/Senior) or a program of study within the LAUSD school system Must be 18 years or older by the start of the internship Able to work a minimum of 20 hours per week for the duration of the internship (June 16th, 2025 – July 18th, 2025) Preferred Skills, Capabilities and Experiences: Excellent Communication skills, both written and oral. Exceptional Problem-solving and Organizational skills Experienced/Proficient with Microsoft Office Products (specifically Excel and Access) Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment Employ a self-motivated, organized, and team-player mindset Familiarity with the utilization of Social Media in a professional setting For candidates working in person or remotely in the below location(s), the salary* range for this specific position is $19.78 - $28.26.
