PT Night Receptionist 10p- 6am

Receptionist - Part-time

Part-time hours 10pm- 6am (Friday and Saturday) with potential for more hours, if desired.

Duties : Answer phones, call bells, schedule appts, answer the front door, some cleaning.

Receptionist Overview : The Receptionist will provide general assistance and oversight to ensure high resident satisfaction and care; answer telephones; greet guests; respond to residents' requests and assist in the coordination of services to residents; assist in providing services to residents, families, and guests. Assist in creating a warm and welcoming environment.

Receptionist Responsibilities :

Welcome and check in all guests to the facility

Assist staff in providing and coordinating services to residents, families, and guests.

Answer telephone calls, direct calls appropriately, and respond to call bells timely

Assist residents and staff in solving problems if asked, including encouragement to participate in all that the facility offers.

Create and maintain an environment for residents, families, and guests that is customer-friendly and that values and respects the uniqueness of each individual.

Oversee resident attendance at meal times

Oversight of the Reception area for organization and compliance.

Assist with coverage of the Reception area or other departments as needed.

Sort and distribute mail to individuals’ mailboxes if needed.

Engage with residents to ensure a high level of satisfaction and bring any issues or concerns to the Administrator.

Light cleaning in the lobby, maintaining presentable workstation and front desk

Carry out other duties as assigned by Management Team.

Adhere to and carry out all policies and procedures.

Receptionist Qualifications :

Excellent customer service skills, positive attitude

Knowledge of or willingness and ability to learn phone systems and computer programs

Enjoys working with the elderly population
