Looking for a Full Time Houskeeper to join our Amazing Team Sunday-Thursday 8 : 30-4 : 30pm
Housekeeper Overview : The Housekeeper will clean assigned areas, with the greatest concentration on public spaces.
Hourly Rate : Ranges $16- $18
Housekeeper Responsibilities :
- Clean resident rooms and bathrooms daily
- Clean common areas as scheduled.
- Strip beds weekly, more often if necessary.
- Provide a complete set of fresh linen and towels weekly.
- Ensure that bathrooms are free from mildew; provide new curtains, bath mats if needed.
- Inform maintenance personnel if repairs are needed.
- Do laundry for residents, if needed.
- Wash window sills in resident rooms weekly or more often if needed.
- Maintain and ensure that there is an adequate amount of clean linen at all times
- Deep clean all vacated apartments to prepare for the next resident.
- Assist in serving meals.
- Carry out other duties as assigned.
