Job Summary:
The Maintenance Associate will perform routine maintenance and repairs on facilities, equipment, and machinery to ensure they are in optimal working condition. The role includes troubleshooting issues, conducting preventive maintenance, and responding to emergency maintenance requests. The Maintenance Associate will also assist in the installation of new equipment and systems.
Key Responsibilities:
- Routine Maintenance: Perform maintenance on buildings, equipment, rooms and systems.
- Repairs: Repair mechanical, electrical, and structural issues in facilities and equipment.
- Emergency Response: Respond promptly to emergency maintenance requests to resolve issues quickly.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs and preventive maintenance tasks.
- Safety Compliance: Ensure all maintenance activities comply with safety regulations and company policies.
- Collaboration: Work with other team members and departments to ensure effective maintenance support.
Qualifications:
- Education: High school diploma or equivalent; technical training in maintenance or a related field is preferred.
- Experience: Previous experience in maintenance or a related field is highly desirable.
- Skills:
- Strong mechanical and electrical skills.
- Ability to troubleshoot and repair various types of equipment.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and procedures.
