Requested Tasks
- Generate sales leads by actively pursuing new business opportunities to meet revenue goals
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat and referral business
- Work closely with clients to create tailored menus that are profitable for the hotel
- Oversee the successful executive of catering events
- Manage and forecast catering sales budgets and forecasts
Requested Capabilities
- Prior experience required
- Guest-first mentality; thoughtful and approachable
- Thorough understanding of the property's culinary and beverage options
- Highly organized with a laser focus on detail
