Accounts Payable Clerk
The Elizabeth Scott Community, a family-owned healthcare facility, is looking for an Accounts Payable Clerk to join our team! We are a 5-Star Facility as rated by the Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.
This position involves skilled clerical work in an office setting. Work is performed under general supervision.
Essential functions include, but are not limited to:
- Types and files company correspondence and resident information.
- Maintains accounts payable by reconciling invoices, matching receipts and packing slips with invoices, and issuing and mailing checks for all invoices.
- Maintains inventory of all office supplies.
- Assists in maintaining company credit cards, petty cash, and resident funds.
- Serves as a backup for the Administrative Assistant and Accounts Receivable Clerk.
Basic Qualifications: Consistently and positively communicates and collaborates with colleagues, supervisors and residents. Must have the ability to problem solve and multi-task. Excellent communication skills and the ability to work well with a team.
