Resident Assistant - Part Time / 6:00 am to 2:30 pm
The Elizabeth Scott Community, a 5-star, family-owned, multiple level healthcare facility in Maumee. We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Resident Assistant to join our team in providing exceptional care to residents in a personal care home setting. The ideal candidate will possess a strong commitment to enhancing the quality of life for individuals, particularly those requiring assistance due to dementia or other long-term care needs. This role is vital in ensuring that residents receive the support they need while promoting their independence and dignity.
This position is part time / 8 hours per week / Weekend Rotations / 6:00 am to 2:30 pm. This is a non-skilled nursing position. The Resident Assistant will assist all residents in our Level 1 and 2 Assisted Living for basic care as required under the supervision of the Health Services Coordinator or Charge Nurse.
