Overview
As an Account Executive at The Elkins Agency, you will play a pivotal role in building and maintaining strong client relationships mainly within the foodservice industry, but also in the CPG space. You will be responsible for working with multiple clients, overseeing campaigns, and ensuring client satisfaction. This is an in-office position located in Bentonville, AR.
Responsibilities:
Client Relationship Management:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at client accounts.
- Proactively communicate with clients to understand their business objectives and marketing goals.
- Respond promptly to client inquiries and requests.
Project Management:
- Oversee the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, including advertising, digital marketing, social media, PR, and promotions.
- Work closely with creative teams and other agency personnel to ensure seamless campaign execution.
- Coordinate and execute on trade show participation for clients as needed.
- Monitor campaign performance and provide regular updates to clients.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve shared goals.
Budget Management:
- Develop and manage detailed budgets for client campaigns.
- Track expenses and ensure that projects are delivered within budget.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, or a related field.
- 3 years of experience in advertising or marketing, preferably in the foodservice industry. Experience in CPG and social space is a plus.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong presentation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and industry-standard marketing tools.
Desired Skills:
