Key Responsibilities:
- Handle customer inquiries and complaints via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
- Provide accurate and helpful information to customers regarding hotel amenities, policies, and procedures
- Make and modify reservations for guests, ensuring accuracy and efficiency
- Process payments and refunds accurately and securely
- Keep updated records of customer interactions and transactions
- Address and resolve any issues or concerns raised by guests, escalating to the appropriate department if necessary
- Maintain a positive and empathetic attitude towards customers at all times
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Stay current with hotel promotions, events, and updates to effectively communicate to customers
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Previous customer service experience in a hospitality or hotel industry preferred
