Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrative & Coordinator Assistant to join our team.

The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing various administrative tasks and supporting the planning of events, such as weddings, corporate, and small events.

General Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a productive work environment.
  • Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for staff.
  • Manage qualified leads through various platforms
  • Maintain client and vendor relationships and manage procurement of office supplies.
  • Plan and organize company events, meetings, and other administrative functions.
  • Communicate effectively with team members and external partners to facilitate operations.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative tasks.
  • Ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously and adapts quickly to rapidly changing priorities.

Qualifications

  • A minimum education level of Associate Degree.
  • Proven experience in office management or similar administrative roles is preferred.
  • Previous sales experience working with events, event staff, and sales is preferred.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Familiarity with Honeybook, Word, Excel, Google Suite, Dropbox, or similar software is a plus.
  • Excellent calendar management skills with attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with a diverse clientele.
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Must be willing to work a variety of shifts, weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $22.00 - $24.00 per hour

Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week

  • Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Administrative experience: 1 year (Preferred)
