Job Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Office Administrative & Coordinator Assistant to join our team.
The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our office by managing various administrative tasks and supporting the planning of events, such as weddings, corporate, and small events.
General Responsibilities
- Oversee daily office operations, ensuring a productive work environment.
- Manage calendars, schedule appointments, and coordinate meetings for staff.
- Manage qualified leads through various platforms
- Maintain client and vendor relationships and manage procurement of office supplies.
- Plan and organize company events, meetings, and other administrative functions.
- Communicate effectively with team members and external partners to facilitate operations.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all administrative tasks.
- Ability to handle multiple assignments simultaneously and adapts quickly to rapidly changing priorities.
Qualifications
- A minimum education level of Associate Degree.
- Proven experience in office management or similar administrative roles is preferred.
- Previous sales experience working with events, event staff, and sales is preferred.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Familiarity with Honeybook, Word, Excel, Google Suite, Dropbox, or similar software is a plus.
- Excellent calendar management skills with attention to detail.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with a diverse clientele.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- Must be willing to work a variety of shifts, weekends, evenings, and holidays.
