Your role is pivotal in building lasting client relationships and driving your success. Requirements : Insurance Sales Experience : Proven track record in insurance sales is essential. An understanding of the insurance industry and products is a beneficial. Current life and health licenses are a plus. Leadership Skills : Ability to lead, work along side and motivate a team of agents. Experience in mentoring or coaching is highly desirable.
