Job Description :

As a Remote Insurance Sales Representative at The Elmer Agency, your responsibilities will include :

  • Lead Generation : Utilize the agency's lead generation system to identify and connect with potential clients.
  • Client Engagement : Reach out to clients and understand their needs.
  • Tailored Recommendations : Recommend insurance solutions that are specifically tailored to each client's situation.
  • Relationship Building : Build lasting relationships by providing exceptional service.

    • Requirements :

  • Honesty and integrity are fundamental values. Be transparent and truthful in all interactions with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and self-motivation in a commission-only environment.
  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education in insurance sales is a plus.
