Key Responsibilities
- Perform a variety of massage techniques (e.g., Swedish, deep tissue, sports, hot stone) customized to meet guests' needs
- Create a professional, relaxing, and welcoming environment for all guests
- Maintain accurate documentation of services provided
- Ensure that all equipment, linens, and work areas are clean, sanitized, and properly maintained
- Collaborate with spa team members to provide seamless guest experiences
- Adhere to all safety, health, and hygiene standards
- Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring guests feel valued, relaxed, and cared for
- Demonstrate a willingness to learn and expand your expertise in specialty modalities to enhance the guest experience
- Availability to work weekends, holidays, and evenings as needed

Qualifications
Requirements:
- Current, valid Missouri Massage License in good standing
- Proven experience as a massage therapist, preferably in a spa or hotel setting
- Strong customer service skills, with the ability to create a welcoming and positive atmosphere for guests
- Excellent communication skills and a professional demeanor
- Strong understanding of anatomy, various massage techniques, and bodywork principles
- Willingness to learn and grow by acquiring new skills and mastering specialty modalities
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
