The Human Resources Director is responsible for ensuring efficient administration and management of all human resources operations functions. This role serves on the Executive Committee and requires high visibility throughout the resort. Key responsibilities include:

Serving as an impactful leader in employee relations matters
Serving as a strong mentor to HR managers and team members

Compliance with state and federal laws, including Missouri state laws
Developing and implementing training programs to maximize employee potential
Maintaining hotel personnel records and Human Resource files while ensuring confidentiality
Responsibilities
The ideal Human Resources Director candidate will possess the following qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent education/experience
5 years of experience as a Human Resources Director or above
Thorough knowledge of Federal and State laws pertaining to HR
Resort, hotel, or hospitality experience preferred
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills
Ability to multitask in a demanding environment
Microsoft Office skills required
Workday and iCims knowledge preferred
